ReliaPro Painters is owned and operated by Frank Muscat. Frank has over two decades of painting experience. He first picked up a paintbrush in his early teens to help with the family rental property business. During his college summers, he ran a crew in Ann Arbor, Michigan painting exteriors to help pay his college tuition. After graduating from the University of Michigan in 2002 with a degree in economics, he began rehabbing homes in the Metro Detroit area. In 2007 he brought his talents to South Lake Tahoe to, not only start his painting business but to enjoy the many activities and opportunities that the lake and mountains provide. While not on a job site, at the paint store or on a ladder, Frank enjoys mountain biking, skiing, hockey, hiking, and Detroit Sports.
