1. Service Plans

Local Expert (Free Plan)

The Local Expert plan is offered to users at no charge. By registering for the Local Expert plan, you are provided with a basic business listing on the Tahoe Handy® platform for the duration of your subscription.

Free Plan Features:
A single business listing
Limited access to certain premium features
Listing in the Local Expert category

Regional Expert (Paid Plan)

The Regional Expert plan is a paid subscription. By subscribing to the Regional Expert plan, you agree to pay $48 per month, which will be automatically billed to your payment method on file.

Paid Plan Features:
Full access to all business listing features
Additional visibility and exposure
Access to premium services and marketing tools

Billing and Payment

The Regional Expert plan is billed monthly at a rate of $48.
Payments are automatically charged to the payment method you provide at the time of subscription.
Your subscription will continue on a month-to-month basis until you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Canceling your subscription will prevent further charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

2. User Responsibilities

By using Tahoe Handy®, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating a business listing.
Not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing upon any third party’s rights.
Not use the platform for any illegal, unethical, or inappropriate activities.

3. Business Listings

Users who list their businesses on Tahoe Handy® retain responsibility for the content of their listings. This includes all descriptions, images, and other materials submitted to the platform.

Business Listings: Tahoe Handy® does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any business listings. We are not responsible for any actions, products, or services provided by businesses listed on the website.
Limitation of Liability: By submitting a business listing, you agree to hold Tahoe Handy® harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions that may arise due to your business listing or interactions with users of the platform.

4. Subscription and Billing Terms

Billing Cycle: You will be billed monthly at $48 unless canceled.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not entitle you to a refund for any payments already made.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and services on the Tahoe Handy® website are the property of Tahoe Handy® and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any materials from this site without our express written consent.

6. Disclaimer

Tahoe Handy® is not affiliated with any of the companies listed on the website, and does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the services provided by any business featured on the platform. All businesses are listed at the sole discretion of their owners and are responsible for the accuracy of their information.
